University administrator Pat Hiscock announced today that the university almost certainly would run more smoothly if it had some more forms for everybody to fill out.
“We are about 99% of the way there”, said Mr Hiscock, “but it’s going to take a few more forms before the running of the university is completely a mystery to everybody”
“At the moment, there are six people that feel they understand some of the system, so obviously, we need to put a stop to that situation”
“Our plan is to aggregate B2C initiatives and embrace transparent supply-chains in order to engineer efficient mindshare”.
When questioned further by The Allium, Mr. Hiscock agreed that he had no idea what that sentence meant, but he had been using it in every meeting since 1982.
